Kalkan Harbour is only five minute stroll from the Mina penthouse apartment at the Emir.
There are many fine restaurants and bars fronting the harbour where you can enjoy a glass of freshly squeezed orange or pomegranite juice or alternatively an ice cold Efes beer. Relax and just watch the gulets and yachts come and go during the day. In the evening the harbour area comes alive as the restaurants fill with holidaymakers seeking out a new gastronomic experience.
Boats are available for hire leaving the harbour at 10.30 every day for a full lazy day at sea stopping for a swim in the many bays that surround Kalkan. It is advisable to book the night or a few days before as the popular boats do get booked well in advance.
The cafe-bar just below the lighthouse is the perfect location to sit and watch the world go bye.
